This is how you can manage and change your payment details with Social Proofy.
Where Do I Update My Payment Details?
Step 1 – Log in to your Social Proofy Dashboard.
Step 2 – Go to the left menu bar and select Plan & Billing.

Step 3 – Once there, click on Manage Billing.

Step 4 – You will directed to a Stripe interface where you need to input the email associated with your Social Proofy account and click Send. (Stripe manages our payment interface 😊)

Step 5 – Go to your email inbox, open the Stripe email and click on the Log in button.

Step 6 – Once in the Stripe Interface you have various sections you can interact with.
Current Plan: Here you can change your current plan and cancel your plan.

Payment Method: In this section you can update your payment method or add a new one.

Billing Information: In this section you can change you billing details such as name, address and Tax/VAT ID.

What type of payment do you accept?
Our payment provider is Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Social Proofy bills all charges in USD. Recurring charges are billed every 30 days via Stripe.
Is my payment information safe?
We do not store your payment details. Your information is handled by Stripe, the PCI Service Provider we use. Stripe has a Level 1 PCI DSS compliance, which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your payment details are in good hands.
Refund policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but given the nature of digital products, we cannot refund any amounts that you have already paid. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
